Our Story

April of 1997 Stacys opened and has since turned into a staple in Edwardsburg, MI. The local restaurant is owned and ran by Stacy and Kevin Fisher and you’ll often see their kids and other family helping around the restaurant, kitchen, and bar. Stacy’s is a great place to relax after a day on Eagle Lake. Also, makes for a short scenic drive for the surrounding Michiana area.

Stacy’s restaurant interior, designed by the owners themselves, reflects the welcoming character of Kevin, Stacy, and the entire staff. With the help of the DeShones, Harry, Janet, Bill and Troy, Kevin and Stacy Fisher and their kids, the entire staff and countless others, the restaurant would not be the delicious delight we love and enjoy.

From the stuffed salads to sizzling steaks, everything is crafted with care. The restaurant is perfect for any party or a quiet dinner.
